FAQ

  • Browse our collection online and add items to your quote request. Once submitted, we’ll be in touch within 24–48 hours with details about your enquiry. Your booking is confirmed once an invoice has been issued and payment received.

  • Yes, we have a minimum hire requirement of $50. This helps cover the time and resources involved in preparing and managing each order.

  • Yes, but we’re open by appointment only. If you’d like to see items before booking, just get in touch to arrange a time.

  • Our standard hire period is one week, with a one-day grace period for returns. Late returns may incur an additional weekly fee.

    Our extended rental discounts will be applied as follows:

    • 1st week: Full price
    • 2nd week: 75% of price
    • 3rd week: 50% of price
    • 4th week and on: 25% of price

  • We know accidents happen! Please let us know straight away. Costs for repairs or replacements will be taken from your security deposit or invoiced separately.

  • Sometimes. If required, it’ll be included in your quote or invoice. Deposits are refunded within five business days of return, assuming everything comes back in the same condition.

  • We have loads of items that aren’t online yet! Drop us a line — we might just have exactly what you need hiding in the warehouse.

  • We understand how unpredictable production schedules can be, so if your dates shift, get in touch — we're happy to adjust your booking where possible.

    If something changes and you need to cancel, bookings cancelled more than 7 days before the hire date won’t be charged. Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

  • We accept bank transfer, cash, and in-person card payments.
